Quan Dog Treats are shipped all over West & East Malaysia.

We commit to ensuring your dog treats are fresh so please allow up to 4 working days to process your orders, before orders are ready for dispatch. We will notify you by email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

West Malaysia
Flat Rate Shipping: RM8
Free Shipping: All orders above RM65 nett

East Malaysia
Flat Rate Shipping: RM15

Please note that we are only shipping to addresses within Malaysia. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

We also offer a self-collect option at KLPAC (Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre) at the Sentul Park, Kuala Lumpur by prior appointment. Please select this option at checkout.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you wish to change your delivery address please contact us via WhatsApp at +60 17-993 7826 within 12 hours of placing your order. We are unable to entertain requests for a change in delivery address once your order is dispatched.

CAN I DELIVER TO MORE THAN 1 DELIVERY ADDRESS IN 1 ORDER?

Unfortunately you cannot. Each order can only be delivered to the shipping address specified at checkout. Should you wish to deliver to more than 1 delivery address, kindly place separate orders in order to ensure that your order arrives at its intended destination.

MUST I BE AT HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our products will be delivered in person or by a courier/delivery service that will require a signature or acknowledgement of delivery. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address where someone can sign for or receive your delivery.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Upon confirmation of payment, we will require up to 4 working days to prepare and process your order as your order will be made fresh. Thereafter, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Total processing time is expected to be up to 5 working days from your order confirmation, before it is ready for delivery.

Once your order has left us, you will be notified via email of your tracking number to enable you to track the progress of your order online.

Delivery Times
West Malaysia: 2-3 working days from postage
East Malaysia: 4-5 working days from postage
Deliveries may be delayed due to postal/courier services, public holidays or any unforeseen circumstances.

Our working days are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm and we are closed on weekends and Malaysian public holidays.

Should your order require a little more time to process, we will communicate with you via WhatsApp to ensure you are kept informed on your order status.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?

All orders must be fully paid before they are processed and a notice will be sent when the order is ready for delivery. We are unable to accept cash on delivery.
