Delivery Charges and Information

Quǎn Dog Treats are presently shipped all over West & East Malaysia, and to Singapore.

We will notify you by email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. It can occasionally take a little longer to get your treats to you, especially when we run special promotions or if your order is large. This is because we produce in small batches daily. We commit to delivering you the freshest possible treats, as that is what we want for ourselves too!

West Malaysia
Flat Rate Shipping – RM4.90
Free Shipping – all orders above RM100 nett

East Malaysia
Flat Rate Shipping up to 2.5kg – RM20

Singapore
Flat Rate Shipping up to 2.5kg – RM40
Subsidised Shipping – RM20 (above RM250 nett)

If you’re a visitor and would like to place an order to be sent to your hotel (we’ve done lots of those!), do drop us a note via WhatsApp (+60 17-993 7826) to make arrangements prior to placing an order.

Self Collection is available by prior appointment at Sec. 13 Petaling Jaya. A notification will be sent via WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection. Collection times are 12pm-7pm (Weekdays) and on weekends, by prior appointment.

WILL YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

At present, we are able to deliver within Malaysia and to Singapore. We cannot guarantee delivery to other countries, which may be subject to customs restrictions and high delivery costs. However, if you would like to place an order, do contact us via email [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +60 17-993 7826 to discuss your order and delivery.

Should you be visiting Malaysia and want to place an order to be delivered to your hotel, we can do that. Do contact us to make arrangements prior to placing an order.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you wish to change your delivery address please contact us via WhatsApp at +60 17-993 7826 within 6 hours of placing your order. We are unable to entertain requests for a change in delivery address once your order is dispatched.

CAN I DELIVER TO MORE THAN 1 ADDRESS IN 1 ORDER?

Each order can only be delivered to the shipping address specified at checkout. Should you wish to deliver to more than 1 delivery address, kindly place separate orders in order to ensure that your order arrives at its intended destination.

MUST I BE AT HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your orders will be delivered by our delivery partner – DHL e-Commerce or Teleport – that will require a signature or acknowledgement of delivery. Please provide a shipping address where someone can receive your delivery.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Upon payment, we will require up to 5 working days to prepare and process your order before handing over to our delivery partner. Once it is handed to our delivery partner, it will be delivered in accordance to their schedule which is out of our control.

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number to track the progress of your order online.

Delivery times:
West Malaysia – 2-3 working days from postage
East Malaysia – 4-5 days from postage
Singapore – 3-4 working days from postage
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or circumstances that are outside our control.

Delays may be expected for large orders or orders placed during promotions, orders placed before or during a public holiday, or if there are circumstances outside our or our delivery partner’s control.
