HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), bank transfer via FPX and Apple Pay.
All payments are processed securely through the HitPay Payment portal (powered by Stripe). We do not store any banking or credit card information on our website or servers. Please visit our Ordering & Payment Guide here for more information.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed, and will be handed over to our delivery partner within 5 working days of your order. Upon handing over to our delivery partner – DHL eCommerce or Teleport, an email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you. Delays may be expected for large orders or orders placed during promotions, orders placed before or during a public holiday, or if there are circumstances outside our or our delivery partner’s control. Generally, orders may be received within 1 week of placing your order.

DO YOU SHIP TO SINGAPORE?

As of September 2023, we now ship to Singapore! Our courier partner is Teleport and we have a maximum weight limit of 2.5kg for a flat shipping fee of RM40. We offer a shipping rebate of RM20 for orders of min. RM250 nett.

DO YOU SHIP ANYWHERE ELSE OUTSIDE OF MALAYSIA?

Aside from Singapore, we do not ship outside of Malaysia at this time unless you wish for us to try delivering an order to you. However, if you are visiting and have an address we can deliver to (e.g. hotel or home address), we are more than happy to make the necessary arrangements so you can return home with treats for your pup! Do drop us a message on WhatsApp prior to placing an order.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I FEED MY DOG?

Quǎn Dog Treats are treats and may serve as food boosters but are not advised to be used as meal replacements unless specified. Please feed your dog treats in moderation to ensure they remain at a healthy weight, and adjust their meal portions accordingly if allowing for treats.

Our treats are not specific to any dog breed. Our ingredients are clearly disclosed on our website, and on the pack. Should your dog have any known allergies we recommend that you check the ingredients list before purchasing

MUST I SUPERVISE MY DOG WHEN GIVING TREATS?

We recommend that all dog treats are fed under supervision to avoid greedy pups from eating them too quickly, especially chew treats. Use the treats for training rewards or as a wholesome snack, and chew products to keep them entertained and distracted, so you can go about your chores without them getting underfoot once you are comfortable that they are experts of the chew!

CAN MY YOUNG PUPPY OR SENIOR DOG EAT THE TREATS?

Our treats and biscuits are suitable for all dogs of all ages. For very young puppies or small dogs, do break up the treats to ensure treating in moderation. If senior dogs have problems with their teeth, you can rehydrate the meat treats in some warm water or broth for them to enjoy.

We are happy to advise on any purchase, so do drop us an email or a note on WhatsApp and we will assist to pick the best treat for your pup!

CAN HUMANS EAT THESE TREATS?

While Quǎn Dog Treats smell delicious out of the pack and are made from human-grade ingredients, we do not recommend them for human consumption, as they are produced specially for our furry friends. Please keep away from children who might find them hard to resist!

HOW LONG CAN I STORE THE TREATS FOR?

We recommend consuming the products within 2 weeks of opening, as our treats are all-natural, and made with no added preservatives. You may store the unopened packs in the fridge for up to 2 months from purchase, for optimum freshness. Please ensure that the packet is sealed tight after opening, and that it is stored in a cool place, away from direct heat and light. Always handle with dry hands.

You may refrigerate or freeze the treats, to help them last longer. Our pets love them so much, they gobble them up quite quickly!

DO YOUR TREATS CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES?

We guarantee that all our treats contain no added preservatives, no flavouring, no colouring and no additives. All our ingredients are listed on the label and on each product page, and we guarantee that you will not find anything else in our treats other than what is listed.

WHY DO YOUR TREATS LOOK IRREGULAR IN SIZE OR COLOUR?

All our treats are processed and made by hand, which may result in some irregularities in size or colour from batch to batch due to the natural condition of the raw materials. The quality of the treats are not affected by these visual irregularities.

MY CAT LOVES MEAT TREATS – CAN I FEED QUAN DOG TREATS TO MY CAT?

Our customers have told us that their cats love our treats too! We do produce treats specially for dogs, but you may also feed them to your cat if your cat already enjoys dehydrated meat treats. Do break the meats up into smaller pieces when treating cats.

CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?

We are always growing our product selection and from time to time, have access to special cuts and parts that we produce into treats for our pets. Please email us at [email protected] to discuss your order.

REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

We are confident that your furry friend will enjoy Quan Dog Treats. We work hard to ensure that the quality of the products are up to our exacting standards. However, if for some reason you are not happy with your order, we will consider a replacement or refund, depending on circumstances.

In the unlikely event that you wish for a replacement or refund, please contact us by email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +6017-993 7826 with the order number and reason for replacement or refund. In the event a replacement or refund is given, we shall require that the defective/affected products be returned to us at our cost in its original packing and condition for investigation. 

For your peace of mind, we offer a 1-for-1 replacement of any defective unopened product, within 2 months of purchase. We are unable to consider replacements and/or refunds in the unlikely event that your dog does not enjoy the treats, only for defective products.

A refund may only be considered should the contents of the pack be not less than 80% of its original weight and/or content. In the event that it is less than 80% of its original weight and/or content, we will only allow for replacements.

We reserve the right to deny any replacements and/or refunds that do not meet the policy set out herein.
We want you to be happy with Quan Dog Treats, and we request that you contact us first about any defects or irregularities to enable us to make things right.

CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IN ANY PET SHOP?

We are sold exclusively online at this time, only via our website, as we have not found any pet shops or services to fit our stringent requirements and principles. By buying straight from us, we can guarantee fresh products are delivered each and every time, as we cannot otherwise guarantee the length of time and conditions under which products are stored in third party hands. Our products are all-natural and contain no preservatives, and we only want the best for your dog.

We presently stock a curated selection of treats at Lex’s Patio Pantry, Kapas Condominium, Bangsar should you require something urgently. Selection is limited and rotated regularly to ensure stocks are kept fresh. You may read more here.

We do occasionally have pop-up booths where a selection of products are available for immediate purchase. Do sign up for our Newsletter or follow our Instagram account to be notified of where we will be.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE PARTY PACKS OR DOGGY HAMPERS FOR MY DOG’S PARTY?

We currently offer personalised biscuits in our store. If you’re looking for something more, we are open to discussion if you’d like to package any of our treats line-up into a party pack or hamper. We do require a minimum order of 10 packs. Prices will vary depending on the choice of treats in each party pack, and any ancillary customised packaging or labelling.
