HOW MUCH SHOULD I FEED MY DOG?
Quan Dog Treats are treats and therefore are not advised to be used as meal replacements. Please feed your dog in moderation to ensure they remain healthy.
MUST I SUPERVISE MY DOG WHEN GIVING HIM A TREAT?
We recommend that all dog treats are fed under supervision to avoid greedy pups from eating them too quickly. Use the treats for training rewards or as a wholesome snack, and the chew products to keep them entertained and distracted, so you can go about your chores without them getting underfoot.
ARE THE TREATS SUITABLE FOR MY DOG BREED?
Our treats are not specific to any dog breed. We recommend giving treats in moderation. Our ingredients are clearly disclosed on the front of the pack. Should your dog have any known allergies we recommend that you check the ingredients list on the website before purchasing.
ARE THE TREATS SUITABLE FOR MY YOUNG PUPPY OR SENIOR DOG?
Our dog biscuits, meat and organ meat treats, e.g. Pork Slices with Oregano, Duck Fillets, Duck Liver, Pig Liver etc are suitable for dogs of all ages, in moderation. For very young puppies or small dogs, do break up the treats to ensure treating in moderation.
For senior dogs who may have problems chewing, you may rehydrate the treats in some warm water or broth, so they can enjoy treats too!
Our chews e.g. Duck Feet, Pig Ear, Duck Neck etc, are suitable for puppies above 6 months with supervision to ensure they do not try to swallow them whole. Senior dogs with teeth problems may have problems with very tough chews so do choose appropriately.

WHY ARE YOUR TREATS IRREGULAR IN SIZE AND COLOUR?
All our treats are handmade from 100% natural ingredients and can have variations in size and colour after preparing, dehydrating and/or baking. The quality of the product is not compromised in any way by these visual irregularities.
ARE THE TREATS EDIBLE FOR HUMANS?
While Quan Dog Treats smell delicious out of the pack and are made from human-grade ingredients, we do not recommend them for human consumption, as they are produced specially for our furry friends. Please keep away from children who might find them hard to resist!
HOW LONG CAN I STORE THE TREATS?
We recommend consuming the products within 2 weeks of opening, as our treats are all-natural, and made with no added preservatives. You may store the unopened packs for up to 2 months from purchase, for optimum freshness. Please ensure that the packet is sealed tight after opening, and that it is stored in a cool place, away from direct heat and light.
You may refrigerate or freeze the treats, to help them last longer. Our pets love them so much, they gobble them up quite quickly!
DO YOUR TREATS CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES?
We guarantee that all our treats contain no added preservatives, no flavouring, no colouring and no additives. All our ingredients are listed on each product page and we guarantee that you will not find anything else in our treats other than what is listed.
I HAVE A CAT THAT ENJOYS DEHYDRATED MEAT TREATS TOO. CAN I FEED QUAN DOG TREATS TO MY CAT?
Our customers have told us that their cats love our treats too! We do produce treats specially for dogs, but you may also feed them to your cat if your cat already enjoys dehydrated meat treats.
CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Yes we can! We are always growing our product selection and from time to time, have access to special cuts and parts that we produce into treats for our pets. Please email us at hello@quandogtreats.com to discuss your order.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We are confident that you will be happy with our service and that your furry friend will enjoy Quan Dog Treats. We work hard to ensure that the quality of the products are up to our exacting standards. However, if for some reason you are not happy with your order, we will consider an exchange or refund.
In the unlikely event that you wish for an exchange or refund, please contact us by email at hello@quandogtreats.com or WhatsApp at +6017-993 7826 with the order number and reason for exchange or refund. If required, products should be returned to us at the sender’s cost in its original packing for investigation. In the event of a defective product, we will refund you the postage cost.
For your peace of mind, we offer a 1-for-1 exchange of any defective unopened product, within 2 months of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny any exchanges or refunds that do not meet the policy set out herein.
