Buffalo

Buffalo, sourced from Water Buffalo, is a species most commonly found in India, China and South-East Asia. As compared to Beef, Buffalo meat is found to be higher in protein and Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, while being lower in fat and cholesterol. It is also leaner than beef in general.
