Bull pizzle (penis) is a tough tendon chew when dried. Due to the size & hardness, we recommend it for medium to large dogs. However, if your small dog is used to chewing (and not chomping) they may enjoy it too. We offer Bull Pizzles in various sizes to suit different size dogs and different chewing styles.
Bull pizzles are an alternate chew to bone-in chews, and may be enjoyed by dogs over multiple chewing sessions. Chewing stimulates saliva and the hard texture helps scrape plaque from teeth. It also offers up mental stimulation as your dog tries to figure out the best way to chew. It keeps pups busy and out from under your feet too!
RECOMMENDATION: We recommend offering the Bull Pizzle for chewing sessions of no more than 20 minutes each time. If not finished, the chew may be swapped out with a high value treat, and kept in the fridge/freezer for up to 2 days, and offered again another day.
Our Bull Pizzles are available in various sizes depending on the stock of raw material that we receive. As this is a natural product, the sizes, thickness & length will vary from bull to bull. All items come in organic shapes as there are no straight lines in nature. Due to the differences in the finished product, we guarantee a minimum weight so you know how much you’re feeding and can account for their meals accordingly.
- Long & Thick – Approximately 27cm upwards and weighing between 34-45+g per piece. These are tailored for larger dogs who want a longer lasting chew treat
- Short & Thick – Approximately 15cm and weighing about 27g+. These are suitable for small to large dogs who aren’t gulpers.
- Skinny – About 18cm and up, these are suitable for smaller dogs who are avid chewers.
For small-medium sized dogs who want a similar chew but prefer something smaller, do consider our dehydrated Goat Pizzles or freeze-dried Goat Pizzles.
Note: Please offer chews under supervision, especially if your dog is not used to chewing. Half-eaten chews may be removed and stored in the refrigerator wrapped in parchment paper, for up to 2 days only, or longer in the freezer.

We guarantee a minimum weight to avoid misunderstandings. We will source the best quality pizzles available locally and any visual irregularities do not affect the quality of the finished product.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE: Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 2 months. May be refrigerated or kept in freezer.
