GENTLE SOFT BONE CHEW

Chicken cartilage is sourced from the chicken keel/sternum. It is a piece of soft bone that is naturally rich in glycine, that builds collagen in the body. Our chicken cartilage is sourced from local Malaysian farms, and processed locally. It is just the soft bone cartilage and does not contain any hard bones. Some pieces may have some meat left on it.

We chose to freeze-dry the chicken cartilage, which results in a crispy, crunchy texture. Small dogs, puppies and cats will enjoy it as a little gentle chew. Medium to large dogs will appreciate it as a crunchy snack. The cartilage will soften quickly to its natural firm but flexible texture in contact with saliva.

We recommend feeding under supervision, especially for dogs that gulp their food.

FUN FACT: Chicken cartilage contains a high source of Type II collagen (UC-II), and is used in manufacturing UC-II supplements. It is proven to be more effective* in reducing inflammation, joint pain, and supports joint health. (*as compared to glucosamine supplements) This product is a treat, and no medical claims are made.
