Whole fish is an auspicious dish at Chinese New Year that symbolises abundance, so fill your pup’s bowl with a whole mini pomfret. Dried to crunchy perfection, these small fishes are sourced market-fresh from local fishermen. The bones are edible, and the whole fish may be eaten.
