Please note that treats are made to order and will require up to 5-7 working days to process depending on the contents of your order (Orders containing chew treats may take up to 7 working days due to the length of time needed to ensure that they are properly dry without applying high heat). An email will be sent to you with a tracking number once it is ready for collection by the courier service.
